Joe and I would like to send our most sincere condolences to the family. What a wonderful, kind, funny, and sensitive man. I had the pleasure of working with him for years in the Paradise PG&E office. He was always happy, whistling while he worked and we called him Dickie Bird. He loved his family so very much and was so proud of his family. We had many fun times in the Paradise Office, and many times the Havey’s would host parties at their house. We all felt like family, and were so lucky to have known him as a friend. Marcy and Joe Marley

What a tremendous and kind man. A lot of his neighbors here in Las Vegas missed he and his lovely wife’s presence when they moved. Blessings and extra tenderness to Gerry and family.

We have lots of great memories, family celebrations with plenty of laughter. Dick was usually the guy that got us smiling especially when he teamed up with Louie. Life well lived, grateful we had the chance to share some gatherings with all of you.
