Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids for Leonard C. Rozeski, age 84, of Sauk Rapids, who died Saturday at the St. Cloud Veteran's Administration Medical Center. Rev. Ronald Weyrens will officiate and burial will be at Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery near Little Falls. Friends and relatives may call one hour prior to the services on Wednesday at the church in Sauk Rapids. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Leonard was born December 24, 1928 in Sauk Rapids to George & Sally (Sadergaski) Rozeski. He married Viola Wlazlak on August 20, 1951 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Gilman. Leonard lived in Sauk Rapids all his life and worked as a Master Carpenter for various companies including Brutger Construction, retiring in 1990. He was a Corporal (E4) in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict earning four bronze service stars and the United Nations Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal. Leonard was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sauk Rapids American Legion Post 254, Sauk Rapids VFW Post 6992 and Sauk Rapids Sportsman's Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, cards and playing the accordion. Leonard had a good sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife, Vi of Sauk Rapids; children, Douglas (Mary) of Foley, Colleen (Eric) Paulson of St. Cloud, Diane (Jim) Bemboom of St. Cloud; sister, Eleanor Botzek of Sauk Rapids; brother, Edward of San Pedro, CA; grandchildren, Michelle, Jeremy, Amy, BreAnna, Waylon; and great grandson, Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents; twin sons, Richard and Ronald; brother, Duane; and sister, Sophie Chapp.
