Antonietta Tantillo Obituary
Born on May 6, 1933 in Santa Flavia, Sicily, age 86 years.
A member of the Italian American Social Club in San Mateo; Famous to her family and friends for Sunday dinners and as a gourmet Italian cook; A Roman Catholic devoted to Jesus Christ, the blessed Madonna, Padre Pio and prayed the Rosary daily.
Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 7, 2019 after 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the CHAPEL OF THE HIGHLANDS, El Camino Real at 194 Millwood Drive in Millbrae, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Saint Dunstan Catholic Church, 1133 Broadway in Millbrae. Committal will follow at the Italian Cemetery in Colma.
Donations, if you wish, may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or to Little Sisters of the Poor at www.littlesistersofthepoorsanfrancisco.org.

Missing you very much my dearest Antonietta. I think of you, and Giovanni, every day - especially this time of year when growing my garden. I miss your instruction on how to cook the fresh veggies from my garden that Giovanni taught me so much about. I miss you both deeply.

I love you Mama! You were my best friend and my heart is filled with love because I was lucky to have you has my mother, I feel you around me and I sometimes speak to you. My faith in God was instilled in me by you when I was so young. Until we meet again one day and our spirits will be reunited. I will honor you by keeping Jesus in my life. You spoiled me not just with gifts but with love. I know you know how much you mean to me. But I'll say it again and again I love you. Rest In Peace. I got an Angel in heaven watching over me.

I'm so sorry to hear just today, 10/7/2019, that Antonietta passed away. She has been a good neighbor, and also saw her at church. I went there today to advise her on the possible PG&E planned shutoff, and I was so sad to hear the news... May she rest in peace, will pray for her....Rosalie

A truly beautiful woman inside and out who will be missed dearly! I'm so grateful to have had her in my life growing up she taught me so much. I enjoyed growing up with Anna & Chiara and have so many fun memories! I'm very thankful I got to spend some time with Antonietta at the hospital before she went home we cried, hugged and laughed sharing some good memories! Paul and I send our condolences to the whole Tantillo Family. May you find peace and comfort as you remember all your good times together and know that she will live on in each one of you! God Bless.
