Janet, Erik & family. I was shocked to learn of Thom's passing. I know all to well what You are feeling, for my son, Andrew, passed away in February of this year. There are no words that I can say to ease your pain of your loss. Thom was a great friend, as well as co-worker,to me for many years. I told a friend I was going to call Thom last week, and he told me of Thom's death. I have always known this fact, God is in control and we are not. Psalm 139 tells us God knew us before we were born, and He knows the number of our days. Everything is done in His timing, and I am thankful that I have many, many fond memories of you and Thom and Erik, starting in August, 1984. I will pray for our LORD to comfort you and bring pleasant and peaceful memories of Thom to your hearts. Your friend in Christ,

To the Amato family: I am so very sorry for your loss. Thom's passion for his family was always apparent. I remember fondly the tours of the backyard and the viewing of his bonsai. I will miss him.

Jan, Erick and Kaycee, los acompaño en su sentimiento, in Spanish that means I share your loss. Thom was more than a friend to me, he was my big brother. He loved you guys fiercely and always wanted to keep you safe and I supposed this was God's gift to him so that he could contnue to do just that. I can see him grinning now, earing and all including a pair of wings and that darned ascot watching over you guys in peace. I and many, many others will miss that darned grumpy old man with the heart of gold. Love you guys.

Jan, I am sorry for your loss. Please do not hesitate to call me. Thom was my friend and choir buddy. His voice complimented our choir so well. He will be missed by so many. Jan, you and Thom were there for me when I lost George, so please call me if there is anything I can do for you. You and your family are in my prayers.
Erik, you and your family were the apples of your Dad's eyes. He was so proud of you and loved your new family. He always had new pictures to show off his family in a good way. God Bless all of you and keep you all in the palm of his hand.
