Shagalski, Kelsey M. COLONIE Kelsey M. Shagalski, 26, left the world suddenly on May 20, 2016. She is survived by her parents, Linda and John; her sister, Jessica; her brother, Michael, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a countless number of close friends. She is also survived by her grandfather, Elias J. Amash and predeceased by grandmothers, Olga Amash and Shirley Shagalski. Kelsey's unique quality - being unapologetically herself - was admired by all. She danced her way through life wearing many hats as a music enthusiast, animal lover, friend, sister, and daughter. Please come celebrate her life with us on Tuesday, May 24, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, from 3-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 25, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Steve Caporizzo's Pet Connection.
