So saddened to learn of the deaths of my dear childhood friends. Jim was my classmate at Blessed Sacrament and Weezie and I were good friends and sorority sisters at Visitation. I last was with them in 2010. We had a wonderful evening of fun and laughter. They were warm, thoughtful people and I will miss them always.
My deepest sympathy to all.

Dear Young Family;
I first met Jim in September, 1939 in Kindergarten class at Blessed Sacrament School. We hid behind the tables trying to see Sister Tarsisus before she saw us. We played baseball for BSS in 1948. He was an outstanding pitcher and I was his catcher in games. We went through Gonzaga and Georgetown together, though We saw little of each other at GU. He was a very gentle person, as was "Weezie." Theirs was a marriage made in heaven. Katharine and I are praying for your peace of mind. God bless you all.

Dear Cathy and Young family, our deepest sympathies are with all of you! Your father will always be remembered as a kind and loving man, who with your mom raised a beautiful family. They are proud of each and every one of you, and can rest knowing their extended Young family flourishes in the basis of their love and guidance. Our sincere condolences.

I am SO sorry! Jim was a wonderful guy and we shared so many stories of his days at Blessed Sacrament, Gonzaga, and riding his bike down to serve mass at the old Holy Cross Academy on Upton Street. He will truly be missed.
With Love,
