I knew Mrs. Sheik only as the receptionist for the dental practice, where we saw her numerous times. Even from that contact, it's clear she was a bright light, always wishing everyone a joyful day.

Shocked and saddened to hear of your loss, I extend to you my deepest sympathy. Maggie was a wonderful woman, and she will be missed by many. I am wishing you, Dr. Sheik, your daughter Meilin, and all your family much strength and courage in the days ahead. My heart goes out to you in this time of grief and I will be thinking of you often.
