RIP Mr Noonan, Paul V. I've known you since I was 14!! You were like a second father to me. I will will always carry found memories of The 14th floor at The Pavilion, You and Norma. The Past and Present shop in Wheaton and The Rockville location. The time I worked for you in Rockville. I will miss you very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
