Emily G. Conner
Emily G. Conner, 87, of Easton, the beloved wife of the late Charles "Bud" J. Conner, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. She was born in Westport to the late Nicola and Jennie (Gilberte) Geremia, longtime Westport residents who emigrated from Campobasso, Italy.
Emily graduated from Staples High School. Her father owned Nic's Shoe Repair of Westport and built many homes and a storefront on Westport's Main Street. Emily met her husband at the Westport YMCA, where she was employed. She worked for the town's Recreation Department and later as Records Clerk for the Police Department, a position in which she took great pride.
Emily is survived by her beloved sons, Timothy Conner and his wife, Mary Ann (Coletti) Conner, of Lisbon, and Douglas Conner and his wife, Kimberly J. (Sprague) Conner, of Madison; as well as by her sister, Jennifer (Geremia) McCarthy and her husband, Robert McCarthy. She will be greatly missed by her five grandchildren: James, Michael, Daniel, Huxley, and Caxton. Her family and friends will remember her for her quick wit and gregarious personality.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Assumption in Fairfield. Inurnment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum.

Emily ,was not only my beloved client for over 20 years as I used to say to her my Mother on earth. who now is also in heaven I will miss you terribly you brought me so much joy I can’t thank you enough for being in my life love is eternal
