Regina (Pennacchio) Perrone of Belmont, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Tuesday, evening December 12, 2018 at her home. She would have been 95 on Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Born and passed in the same home she lived in, Regina was truly a lifelong resi- dent of Belmont to the late Gennaro and Anna (Tuccelli) Pennacchia. Regina was a graduate of Belmont High School and attended secretarial school. As a young woman, she wo- rked as an executive secretary and later for many years as a Teachers Aide for the Belmont School Department. As a longtime member and past president of the Maria Montessori Lodge in Belmont, Regina organized many events and fundraisers. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, following the Red Sox, playing BINGO, scratch tickets with her grandchildren and most of all spending time with her family. She was the beloved wife of 59 years to the late Francesco S. Perrone, and sister of the late Mark Pennacchio and Daniel Pennacchia. She is survived by her loving and devoted children Raymond and his companion Patti-Ann of Belmont, Gennaro and his wife Kathleen of Melrose and Frank and his wife Coreen of Virginia. Her cherished grandchildren Frank, Breanna, Angelica and husband Shawn, Gennaro, Phillip, Francesco, Dana and wife Jesse, Anthony, Marco, Shawn and fiance Shannon, Mitchell and dear friend Cheryl Holmes.
