Seven Valleys
Dennis L. LaMaster, 72, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at York Hospital after a lingering illness.
Mr. LaMaster was born June 30, 1945, the son of the late Randall and Loretta (Fishel) LaMaster.
He proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the former American Color Print Co. after 27 years of service.
Dennis is survived by a number of good friends and his faithful canine companion, Eddie.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Seven Valleys.
Memorial contributions may be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
Arrangements were entrusted to the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, Inc., York (Shiloh)

Dennis, you were one of my favorite phone calls to receive. You always brightened my day with a joke or a story about Ed. I'll miss hearing your greeting and sharing our signature sign off. You were a joy to work with- I'll miss your "wheeling and dealing ". You're sorely missed by those of us who knew you. Rest easy, okie doke?

A quiet aviation genius....

No one knew!! The knowledge Dennis had about obscure facts about airplanes and aerospace was incredible!!

Right in his own area, he shared the forgotten past about WW II look-out towers in high elevation areas right in York County,

He was a teacher and no one knew!!!
