Dear Family and Friends of Jeannie,
Hug each other, laugh with each other, play volleyball and hockey and Yahtzee. Have a Diet Coke and some chocolate chip cookies. Paddle the boat strong and hard. Smile at a stranger, be kind to those who are unkind to you. We were so blessed to have known and loved Jean. It's our turn to pick up the ball.

Dear Pat, Amy, Kent, Joe, John, and Terry,
It must be so hard to hear all the words of consolation people have for you right now. But when you are ready, remember that someday you will again see that smiling face with those chubby cheeks and hear her sweet voice greeting you to a time when you will never again be apart. I will always love my Aunt Jean.
Love to you all,
Laura

Dear Pat and family
I'm so sorry to hear of Jeans illness and passing away. We had some good laughs at the class reunions and at lunch a couple of times when I was home. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. She is now in heaven dancing with the angels and looking down on you smiling. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pat, Amy, Joey, & Jon:
Years ago I moved from Aberdeen to North Carolina and left many "good friends." Most of them I never heard from again, but Jean was different. She was a person who took her friendships seriously. Over the years we saw each other a few times but mainly kept in touch by phone and we never missed a beat. Jean was a friend who always shared her love for her family but never forgot my family. She was loyal, honest, funny, loving and unforgettable. I will miss her forever.
My heart goes out to all of you and to her mother, sisters, grandchildren, extended family members, and all of us she has left behind.
Love, Nancy

Dear Pat and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Jean. She always had the most spring in her step, the brightest outlook on life, and the most warming smile, as anyone, who ever walked the halls of Central. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Pat and family,
Wish I could be there on Friday. I will cherish those high school memories, and the time I did get to see Jean at the bank when in Aberdeen. She will be missed. My love to all of you,

Dear Aunt Jean,
We will all miss you so much. Like everyone, I so wish I had more time with you and I wish I wasn't so far away from you. A Godmother is one who guides lovingly in faith - you certainly have and will always. May you be at peace with all the angels (we have a few).

Grandma Jean, my mom told me that you have gone to Heaven to live with your dad, I am sure he has missed you. I will miss you at the lake. My mom told me you are going to be an angel now - she always says that mist on the lakes in the early morning, isn't really mist, but angels dancing...I will think of you every time I see the mist.
Love, Noah

Jean, You are so loved by so many people. I will miss you more than you'll ever know. As a sister you were always there for me and you made me laugh and let me cry. I will never, never forget anything about you. Be at peace, sweetie.
