Alice M. Stuckmn died January 21, 2016, in Bloomfield, CT. She was born August 26, 1922 in Albuquerque where she resided until 2009.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Stuckman in 1972. She is survived by her daughters, Maggie Irving (Tom) Windsor, CT and June Dacus, Kansas City, MO; grandsons Rick Thomas (Mary) Topeka, KS and Edward Thomas (Trish) Bath, MI; great-grandchildren Nicholas and Kelsi Thomas, Bath, MI. Alice was the second eldest in a family of eight children and is survived by her brother, Bob Guiterrez (Norma) and sister Mary Carver Zaragoza (Tony), both of Albuquerque, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Roses were Alice's favorite flower and she enjoyed spending time tending her numerous rose bushes. Her roses bloomed in all colors and she was happy arranging bouquets to share with friends. She was a member of the Rio Grand Presbyterian Church. She understood the value of giving her time and was a frequent volunteer for Project Share, a non-profit which provides evening meals to those in need. Project Share recognized Alice for 16 years of volunteer service to their organization.

Cremation. A memorial service will be held in April in Albuquerque. Arrangements to be announced.
