Alvin G. Logsdon
Alvin G. Logsdon, age 70, died Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Albuquerque. Mr. Logsdon was born to William and Mollie (Dorsey) Logsdon March 26. 1947 in Edmonson County, KY.
Mr. Logsdon lived a major portion of his adult life in Birmingham, Michigan. He served in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. He moved to Albuquerque in 1996 with his lifetime partner, William Traylor.
Mr. Logsdon worked as a travel agent for many years in Michigan and Albuquerque. He will be remembered not only by his associates and clients at Rio Grande Travel, but also by his many friends in New Mexico and elsewhere for his knowledge and skill in arranging memorable worldwide travel experiences.
His partner of 44 years, William Traylor, predeceased him February 23, 2017.
Mr Logsdon's cremation is in the care of Neptune Society. A celebration of his life will be held at a future date.

Alvin was a dear and loving and kind friend with a true gift of friendship. He was funny and good company and we ....my husband Edgar and Bill, Al's partner;... were good friends for many years in Albuquerque. We miss him very much. As we do Bill, also.

Alvin was a dear friend to Edgar and me, and we miss him and his late partner William Traylor very much. We regret that we are out of the country now and cannot attend, but we send our condolences to all those who miss Alvin and William.
