Turrietta, Carmel
Carmel Turrietta of City of Shasta Lake, CA, born July 30, 1930 in Albuquerque, NM, passed away October 6, 2016 in the City of Shasta Lake.
Mr. Turrietta spent most of his young life in Albuquerque. He came to live with his sister Mary and her family in 1981 after the death of his mother in 1980.
While in Shasta Lake, he walked many days on Shasta Dam Blvd., Lake Blvd. and Market Street. He also walked to church every Sunday to St. Michaels Church in Shasta Lake. He worked many years for Far Northern Regional Center at various places.
He is predeceased by his father and mother Vitalio and Ramona Turrietta, brother Margarito and sister Pauline Turrietta.
Survived by his sister Mary Fieseler, nephews: Allen, Kenneth and Ramon Fieseler. Also survived by his care provider and long time friend Chuck Johns and many nephews and nieces in his immediate family.
There will be no memorial service.
Cremation is being handled by Blair's Direct Cremation & Burial Service.
Gone, but not forgotten.

I remember my uncle Carmel back in the days when I a little boy he was my father's older brother and actually it was a pretty cool guy although I didn't know him as well as I would have liked you but I know he had family that cared and loved him and I pray now he's with the Lord Jesus Christ from your nephew Roberto Tim Turrietta..
