Dennis was my childhood friend and neighbor. We lived on the same street and played together often. Fond memory: Dennis inviting me into his home where his mother´s freshly prepared tortillas were offered hot and aromatic. I think of him each time I taste a flour tortilla. Condolences for your loss, perhaps eased by this memory of a stranger.
