Full of sorrow of just learning of Steve's passing. I moved from New Mexico where we had worked together, to California in 2006. Steve was so kind, generous and a supportive friend. His humor was unique and always uplifting. A wonderful person. I am so sorry to know he is gone and deeply feel the loss. My condolences to his family.

God our Father,
Your power brings us to birth,
Your providence guides our lives,
and by Your command we return to dust.
Lord, those who die in friendship with You still live in Your Presence;
their lives change but do not end.
I pray in hope for Steve's family,
relatives, and friends,
and for all the dead known to You alone.
In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives,
may they rejoice in Your kingdom,
where all our tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again in one family,
to sing Your praise forever and ever.
Amen.

Good memories from the Annunciation Catholic young adults group. I'll remember him in my daily rosary today. May he know God's eternal love and mercy.
