"Dino" Argyres,
age 57, a loving
son, father,
brother and uncle
became an angel
of God on
Monday, November 12, 2018.
He is preceded in death by his brother Pete G. Argyres.
He is survived by his daughter, Shay, his father, George, his mother, Katherine, his two brothers, Frank and Demetres, and his two nephews, Georgios Argyres and Andrew Argyres.
Dino attended UNM and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco. He was an amazing and successful business man and Chef. His passion was for culinary, building things, cars, and motorcycles.
He was a life-long resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico and he loved it here. He was a caring, funny and intelligent man who will always be loved, missed and remembered by all.
Trisagion for Constantine "Dino" G. Argyres will be held at Strong-Thorne Mortuary (1100 Coal Ave. SE, 87106) on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 5:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Church (308 High St. SE, 87102) on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 10:00am with committal at Fairview Cemetery (700 Yale Blvd. SE, 87106) to follow. Tuesday will conclude with a reception at St. George following the committal. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.

I just recently hear about "Dino", the moment I heard I was in a bit of shock, followed by immediate heartbreak. Dino was my friend, a gentle soul ..he will be truly missed..I'm so sorry I missed didn't get to say goodbye. I remember when my father was battling cancer, I worked for dino..my father came into townhouse a couple times..during chemo.,just to sit..dino was so kind... prayers for all the family...

I have no doubt that Pete was there to greet his brother and help bring him home. So very sorry for Kathy and George and Frank and Demetre. Lord grant you comfort.

Dino and I went back to the first grade. He was a cool kid then and along his life's path, he turned himself into a world-class chef and an even finer human being. Even though time passed between our meetings, we always picked up our friendship where we left off and the world is a smaller place with his departure. My sincere condolences to the Argyres family. We will all meet again on the other side when our times come. All my love and peace.

Our Condolences to the entire Argyres Family. We were just reminiscing about the nice evening we had at the Townhouse earlier this month & had such a nice visit with Dino, his Brothers & Parents. Dino made amazing food & worked hard to please his patrons. We will really miss him helping us solve those puzzles on Wheel of Fortune! However, we will truly miss Him & the Genuine way he always greeted us when we went into the Townhouse. RIP my Friend!

I played with Dino and his brothers
Durning our youth...liveing next door to each other...growing into young men. His brothers helped me with my chores...his mother and father knew me and my family well.
