Amy E. Montano, age 57, a resident of Adelino, NM, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish in Tome, NM. Amy is preceded in death by her parents, Adolfo and Lucinda (Lucy) Vallejos; brothers, Larry, Salomon (Mony), and Milton Vallejos; as well as her grandparents, two nephews, and one niece.

She is survived by her husband, Andy Montano; daughters, Misty Montano, Andrea Montano and husband, Mike Sutton; brothers, Leroy Vallejos and Joseph Vallejos; sisters, MaryLou Montano and husband, Jr., Patricia (Tisha) Padilla and husband, Carl; two step children, Leonardo and wife, April Montano, and Janell Montano; 14 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and sister-in-law, Vickie Vallejos.

All services will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Tome. A Viewing will be held at 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m., on Friday, December 9, 2016. A Final Viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m., with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, December 10, 2016.

Pallbearers will be Dominic and Gabriel Padilla, James Ortiz, Mike Sutton, Nicholas Vallejos, and Marcus Devlin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Leroy and Joseph Vallejos, Tanysha (Tiny) Montano, and Ruben Hernandez. The family would also like to thank Gentiva Hospice for their care.
