Rosario, Arturo F. "Art"



Arturo F. Rosario "Art", was born May 5, 1932 in the Dominican Republic and passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017.

Art honorably served in the USAF during the Korean conflict. He was a resident of Albuquerque for more than 40 years and will be remembered as a kind, quiet, gentle man who loved his family. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, America; step-father, Ricardo and by his sister, Lillian.

Art is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia; his son, Mark (and Tammy); daughter, Linda and son Glen; his two sisters, Estela Rosario and Emma Moskal; five grandchildren, Matthew, Dominique, Samantha, Noa and Emma; one great-granddaughter, Rose; as well as other family members and friends. If you wish, in lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the .

Services will be held at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. A Rosary will be recited at noon followed by the Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 12:30.
