Barbara Ann (Hill) Moore of Albuquerque, NM died of complications from breast cancer on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at her sister's home in Petersburg, WV. She died fearlessly in grace surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on September 10, 1956 in South Charleston, WV, the daughter of the late William Fredrick and Katie May (George) Hill. She was known by her friends and family as "Bobbie."

Bobbie was a 1973 graduate of South Charleston High School and went on to attain her bachelors of Science and Master of Science in Psychology and Counseling at West Virginia University. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at John's Hopkins University and received the Master Facilitator of the Year award while working as a consultant for Keys to Intervention, Inc. Her career was broad in spectrum leading her from West Virginia to Washington D.C., and later on, to New Mexico. She loved her work, had a positive impact, and touched many lives throughout secondary school systems, incarceration facilities, private practice, and group healing practice.

She is survived by her son and daughter- in-law Geoffrey Ross and Karen Holly (Wiman) Cunningham of Durham, NC, daughters Katie Spring Moore of Fayetteville, WV and Emily Suzanne Moore of Washington, DC, granddaughters Madelynn Arden Brown and Annalee Grace Cunningham, brother William Bradford Hill of Bethesda, MD, sister and brother-in-law Sally Lynn and Roger Allen Foley of Petersburg, WV along with nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.

Bobbie had a charming smile, a full laugh, and touched the lives of many with her generosity, positivity, and wisdom. Her light and love continue to surround us all.
