Carrel L. White passed away at his home in Corrales on May 11th with his wife by his side. Carrel was born in Roy, NM in October 1934 and proudly served in the Unites States Army stationed in Germany in the late 1950's. After returning home he moved to Albuquerque, then Corrales. Carrel proudly displayed the United States Flag at his home in Corrales. He worked in the construction business as a subcontractor then later as a general contractor.

Carrel is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margie; daughter Brenda and husband Rick Adcock, their children Rick and Lindsey; daughter Linda and husband Dan Cassidy, their children Kristen, Alyssa, and Danielle; son Kenneth White; brothers Calvin and Jerry White; sisters Peggy Cross and Ruby Redus; and several nieces and nephews.

He put up the good fight til the good Lord called him home. He was a great brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. There are no words to express how much he will be missed.

A memorial service for Carrel will be held Saturday, May 21st at 3:00 pm at Alameda Bible Church, 220 El Pueblo Rd NW, Albuquerque. Interment to take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
