Schritter, Clarence Raymond

Clarence Raymond Schritter passed into the gates of heaven on February 18, 2017. His pain and suffering are no more.

Clarence was born July 16, 1931 in LaSalle, CO. He served in the National Guard before enlisting in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. After returning from the war he found himself in Sterling, CO where he found the love of his life, Lena. They were married August 28, 1957. In 1973 Clarence moved the family to Albuquerque and in 1976 started Quality Appliance Service Company. In 1993 he sold the company. He retired and enjoyed traveling and restoring Model T cars. Clarence and Lena traveled the U.S. in their motorhome often with their grandchildren, visiting many sites and creating many memories to last more than a lifetime.

Left to mourn his loss and celebrate his heavenly reward is his wife of 59 years - Lena; his sons Ray (Becky), Bill (Robin), Rick, Dave (Pam), and daughter Sharon (Mark) Dominguez. He also leaves eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and his beloved chihuahua Daisy. Welcoming him into heaven is his 2nd born son Robert. Special thanks to those who provided care to Dad in his declining years.

Christian burial mass was held on Friday, February 24, 2017 with internment at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM . To view information or leave condolences please see
