Clyde Alleman

Clyde Alleman, 87, of Richland Center, passed from this life to the next surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Richland Hospital. Clyde was born to Hubert and Gay Alleman in Morgantown, WV.

Clyde received his Electrical Engineering certification from Coyne Electric Institute in Chicago at the age of 19. He worked as a consultant to many of the large newspapers in North and South America.

In his free time, he sailed, camped, built custom homes and was an avid reader. Recently, he documented his life's adventures in a detailed memoir he called " Road to the River."

He is survived by his wife, Bette; his children, Vicky Alleman, Adam Alleman, Lisa Alleman and Jennifer Harper; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and special friends.

The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
