I just heard about Dan's passing. SO sorry to get this news. I always enjoyed working with Dan...as his low-key and professional demeanor were a terrific offset to my slightly hi-strung management style.
I had a great deal of respect for Dan as my Plant Manager...and as a friend.
All my love to Sally and the family. And sorry I missed the memorial in Columbus.

Dan was such a good person. He was generous and kind and he loved his family so much. My heart goes out to Sally and all the Vances. Dan will be missed by everyone who knew him, but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Dan.
