Dolly Marie Shaw entered into this world on June 14, 1933 as the daughter of Raulf S. Pearson and Dolly L. (Falice) Pearson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She past away suddenly on Monday August 28, 2017.

Dolly developed into a wonderful young lady at various Wisconsin locations but returned to Milwaukee during her High School years. Her family decided in 1952 to change locations to the south west part of the country for health reasons and settled in Tucson, Arizona where they built a, then, modern motel on Tucson's Miracle Mile. Dolly assisted her parents in the operation of this establishment until she acquired a position as the airplane operations manager at Marana Air Force Base, a newly opened facility dedicated to the training of new Air Force pilots. It was there that she met a young aspiring pilot in training, Bob Shaw who was eventually to become her life partner. They were married on September 5, 1952 and began the Air Force portion of their life together. While stationed on Guam, their first born, a son, who they named Michael Robert was born. Upon return to the States, they were stationed at Amarillo AFB and experienced the birth of their first daughter, Sharon Marie. After completing his service, the family located back in Tucson, where the little family increased with two more daughters, Susan Lynn(Conklin) and Nancy Louise (Baucom). Dolly was actively involved in Church activities and became the Physical Education instructor at St,. Joseph's school. In addition, she was very active in many of the programs in the Rolling Hills Assoc., where we lived, especially the swimming program. She also found time to work with a friend who owned a unique gift shop. In 1983, the family relocated to Albuquerque where Dolly began a pet sitting business that started small but grew to encompass many new clients each of who became Dolly's friends. In 2002, she moved to Towne Park and became one of the original members of the lady's aquatic group. In the meantime the family grew to expand from the original four children to three sons-in-law Robert C. Conklin, David Baucom and Stanley Eastin, a daughter-in-law, Lynn Shaw and eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
