Dolores was born in Pena Blanca, NM to Zenaida and Tranquilino Armijo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Ida, Zelma, Elsie, Connie, and brothers Adolph, Ray, Frank, & Freddie.

Dolores is survived by her sisters Lillian and husband Adron Pritchard, Joan Goodman; brothers Justin and wife Jenny Armijo, and Elmer Armijo. Dolores is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Dolly lived in an ARCA Home in Albuquerque from 1995 to December 2015 where she was loved and respected. Steve Amand managed the home with his assistant Mark for most of her stay. Valerie Quinn managed the last year. Dolly had many friends including the staff, her wonderful nurses, Valerie, Gail, Glenda, Karen, and Anita, the Social Workers, Donna, Peggy & many others. Jim Douglas managed the Alameda Green House in Corrales where Dolly worked her entire stay at the ARCA home. At one time, she was the poster girl for their annual poinsettia sales. Dolly also went to VSA where she painted, danced, and sang with the wonderful staff there.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated on March 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John XXIII Catholic Community at 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr. N.E. with Fr. Ark Biczak presiding. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on March 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Pena Blanca, New Mexico. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
