Don obeyed, trusted, and believed that God saves us through grace by faith in our Lord Jesus. Don was born in Vaughn, New Mexico on March 11, 1937. He married his lifetime sweetheart Shirley J. Frazier in April 1966, and Shawn E. Frazier in December 1969.

Don began working Civil Service for the United States Government in 1966 at Webb Air Force Base and was transferred to Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kirkland Air Force Base in 1977.
