Limanovich, Eugene

Eugene Limanovich was born on 3/2/1979 and passed away at 37 on 3/21/2016. He left the physical world in an untimely way and entrusted us with the legacy of his giving sprit, extraordinary kindness, exceptional sense of humor and intelligence and a relentless capacity to inspire.

His life was dedicated to service both in his professional and personal worlds. Eugene was a gifted anesthesiologist and pain specialist, committed to alleviate the suffering of his patients. He was devoted to take care of people afflicted by pain, restoring their function, guiding them out of "the oppressive maze of pain" as he described. He was entirely devoted to his family and friends, always accessible and prepared to assist, support and empower.

His childhood and adolescence were marked by great challenges, to which he responded with even greater perseverance, growing continuously to become an outstandingly resilient man, dedicated to those most in need. Eugene lived his full and adventurous life with grace and an incredible capacity to commit to and excel at all his endeavors. He practiced Jiu-Jitsu with great engagement and talent, he traveled in order to make lasting friendships and learn languages and cultures, he was a music and film connoisseur, a charismatic conversationalist, captivating story-teller and engaged listener.

Eugene is survived by his mother and father, grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, and innumerable family members and friends who will always love him deeply and miss him dearly.

You are forever in our hearts Eugene. Thank you for what you have shared with us. We promise to spread your light, joy, service, kindness and Love to the world.
