Frank was my patient and my friend for two decades. He and Suzanne were two of my favorite patients. Frank was a genuinely good man and I will miss him and his funny emails. God rest his soul. Give Suzanne a big hug for me ok? Love you both, Janette Wiggins

I worked with Frank for 10 years at the Educational Retirement Board. He always spoke about Suzanne and his daughters and grandkids with love,--and his friends that he played golf with and went on a short vacation with every year. (If you are part of the "dirty, sweaty gang", you know who you are.) Frank was dedicated to his job as Chief Investment Officer at ERB. He was a smart, funny, and outspoken guy. I will miss him.

The Foys lived in Taos when Frank and Richard were young and they were friends of our family. I reconnected with Frank a few years ago and am so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his brothers and his children.

I was in the Army Reserves with Frank, and saw him around town through the years. He was a good guy. As retired educator in a family of teachers, I especially appreciate his efforts over the years as the investment officer for NMERB and later the legal battle he pursued on our behalf.
