Arellano, Freddie

Freddie Arellano went to be with our Lord on April 23, 2017. He served in the US Army as a young man and retired from the City of Albuquerque after 30 years of service in Waste Management and Weed & Litter.

Freddie was predeceased by his son, Jerry Arellano.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sally; sons: Richard Arellano, Freddie Arellano, Andrew Arellano and wife Yudan, Clayton Arellano and wife Juliette, and Barton and wife Mary; daughters: JoEllen, Susan and husband Mike, Lilia and Jacquelyn; brother, Bennie Arellano; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Freddie's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Sunday, April 30, 2:00 PM at Salazar Mortuary (400 3rd St SW) followed by a Service at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow Monday, May 1 at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 9:45 AM. Please view Freddie's full obituary online at
