February 11, 2016

The Lord received one of his strongest angels February 11th, 2016, Garrett Tyler Mola as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Garrett had a smile that could warm a room. He was able to bless his family and friends far beyond any words could begin to explain for 23 years.

The son of Monte and Linda Mola; the younger brother to Monte Mola Jr.; and father to his baby daughter, Aubrey. To his dad, Big Monte, Garrett was far more than a son. He was his best friend, his buddy, his co-worker, his mini me, his predecessor to the plumbing company, and his right hand man. To his mom, Linda, Garrett was one of her protectors, her comedian, her soft hearted sweet boy, a grey hair giver, and of course, as always, her baby boy. To Little Monte (Monte Jr), Garrett was his lifelong best friend, his crazy wild little brother, the dreamer, the let's ask for forgiveness instead of permission, and the best brother any one could ever ask for. Garrett was always the life of the party to his friends and family.

Garrett was an adrenaline enthusiast. If it could go fast, Garrett was on it seeing just how fast it could really go. He lived life fast. All the time. With everything he did. From work, to school, to walking, to thinking, to driving anything, to riding anything. In particular, Garrett loved to ride and race dirt bikes. When he was just 17 years of age, Garrett raced in the, 'Kings of the West" race which was a 1700 mile desert race. God made this boy tough. He also raced in two Baja 500 races in Mexico and was thoroughly involved in the New Mexico Desert Racing Championship (NMDRC) races. Gasoline, wild, and free were embedded in Garrett's blood. Although, the stories and activities of Garrett Mola does not stop there. Garrett LIVED his life. He was " bullet" on the ski slopes, an avid hunter, a water skiing, wakeboarding water dog, bull riding, and bull doggin, just wild and free kind of guy! He loved and lived his life to the fullest.

Garrett was a plumber for West Side Plumbing. Although, he wore many hats in the company for it just wasn't a job, it was his and his family's livelihood. Garrett has been plumbing nearly his whole life. Going to work with dad started very early in the Mola household. After years of plumbing, Garrett also became the company's main back hoe operator. He loved this job and was very proud of it.

Garrett's smile and strong heart will always be remembered. He is free now and in a far better place. He is at the right hand of the Father looking down and always protecting us. Garrett is well with our Lord. He lived his short life to the fullest. This precious son, this fine young man and father, this cherished brother, and this unforgettable friend will have no limits in heaven. Ride on Garrett, God Speed.

In lieu of flowers, Garrett would appreciate donations towards .
