Jackie Leon Crow passed in peace on Saturday, February 13, 2016, after his heroic battle with cancer at the age of 73, surrounded by his loving family.

Jackie was born in Amarillo, TX then moved from Canyon, TX to Albuquerque in 1948. He graduated from Highland High School in Albuquerque, NM in 1961. After briefly attending the University of New Mexico, he then entered the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict where he was stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger out of San Francisco, California. Afterwards, returned to Albuquerque and worked for several different companies in the ensuing years to then retire from 30 years of employment at American Home Furniture in Albuquerque, NM.

He was predeceased by his parents Jack and Rosetta Crow.

He is survived by daughters, Leanne and Trisha; son-in-law, Lawrence; his granddaughters, Austin and Skye; sisters, Anita and Loretta; brother-in-law, Jack; niece, Terri; nephews Tom, Brian, David; and numerous extended family members.

Jack will be fondly remembered for his unconditional love for his family and is a true example of courage and strength. He will be deeply missed and live in our hearts forever.

Services will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 2:15 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may donate to the in Jack Crow's honor.
