Kenneth Samuel Desing of Albuquerque passed away quietly on Saturday January 21, 2017 to join his wife Janeen in Heaven.

He is survived by his three children, Becky Bock of Albuquerque, Terri Burt and her husband Bill of Mason City, Iowa and Eric Desing and his wife Mary Jane of Baxter, Minnesota. Ken is also survived by seven grandchildren and their spouses; 12 great-grandchildren; his brother-in-law Roger Williams and his wife Beverly of Des Moines, Iowa along with numerous nieces, nephews and family friends who were like children and grandchildren.

Ken grew up in Iowa where he married Janeen & they raised their children. He was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force having served stateside during the Korean War. Ken and Janeen moved to Alb in 1981 where they owned Ken Desing and Associates, a bookkeeping, tax preparation & property management service company until their retirement.

They attended Hope Evangelical Free Church for over 30 years where Ken served as an Elder numerous times & an Awana Leader. His faith was an important part of his life both in the church & in the community.

The memorial service is Fri., Jan. 27th at 11:00 AM at Hope Evangelical Free Church, 4710 Juan Tabo.

He was loved and respected by many and will be missed greatly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite Veteran's charity.
