Krbec, Kirby

Kirby Krbec passed away on August 24, 2017. He was 86.

Kirby was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1931. In the 50's Kirby trained as a Jet Fighter Pilot with the Air Force and dropped paratroopers. Kirby moved with his family to Albuquerque in 1966 where he spent the majority of his career in Higher Education Administration. After retirement, he found enjoyment in constructing his own home, flying, sailing, traveling and cruising an occasional motorcycle and classic car.

Family and friends will remember Kirby as a generous, loving, intelligent, supportive, talented man who was always willing to offer advice, guidance and a helping hand.

Kirby's daughters would like to thank the staff at Night N Gail, and his "team" with Hospice NM for taking good care of him.
