Linda Marie Carrillo

Linda Marie Carrillo, age 66, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on September 11, 1954. Linda was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and wife. She loved her grandchildren and was lovingly known as "Grandma Chico" Her home was the center for holiday gatherings and tradition. Linda was a proud retiree from TVI and proud of her work ethic. She always encouraged her family to be their best. She was preceded in death by her husband, Squirrel Montoya; father, Frank Carrillo and goddaughter, Arianna "Ari".

Linda is survived by sons, Damian "Wero", Andre and wife, Rachael; step son Ace; mother, Augustina Carrillo; grandchildren, Mia, Angelica, Noah, Camille and Jazzy; siblings, Theresa, Frank Jr. and Maria; as well as nieces and nephews.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Linda, as we worked together at TVI/CNM for several years. Linda was a wonderful, caring, outspoken, and genuine person, and she will be dearly missed. Getting to know Linda throughout the years that we worked together, it was great to learn that our circle of friends/family overlapped, and she always treated me like a member of her own family - very welcoming! May you rest in our Lord God's Heavenly Kingdom for all eternity - until we see each other again my friend. God Bless!!!

Linda is my beautiful younger sister. We were two years apart. We shared many wonderful memories. We also shared heart breaking times. Now as a family once more we have to go thru heartache and now its because she left to join our beloved family who have passed. She was fun, smart and she'd tell you like it is. She did not have any filters, I loved that about her. Our mother, Tina and Linda shared the same birthday. It was a special bond for them both. My mom's birthday will b so different from now on. Like most of us, she loved her family to the depths of her heart. She will always be my little pretty sister who I will always love and miss. We will be together again. I love you LIN ❤ Your sis, Tre you'll be in my heart forever.
