Lorna M. Hall, 88, resident of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Sara C. Hall; sons, Brian Hall and wife, Candy, and Dan Hall, and wife, Liz; grandchildren, Jordan, Ethan, Megan, and Sevon Hall; Christopher and William Hall; and great-granddaughters, London and Brighton Hall. Lorna was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Dr. Robert E. Hall.

Lorna was born in Bellflower, CA. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University as well as teaching credentials with a major in Educational Psychology and juniors in Art and Sociology. She did graduate work in Art Education at Redlands University and USC. Lorna was a teacher in San Bernardino and Fresno, CA and worked as an elementary school librarian in Maryland. She was a lifelong environmentalist and worked for years on the Sierra Club environmental hotline in Washington DC. Though she had many accomplishments, Lorna always said that her greatest joy was being a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

A private family memorial service will be held. Lorna and Robert will be laid to rest at Santa Fe National Cemetery in honor of his service to our country.
