Louellen M.(Ross) Baldoni, of Albuquerque, was called home by our Heavenly

Father on the holy day of Christmas morning December 25, 2020. Louellen was born in 1940 to Carlo and Helen Ross. She graduated from Highland High School in 1958 and also attended the University of Albuquerque. She married Robert J. Baldoni in 1962 and raised five children. She also cared for numerous children for many years in her home daycare. She retired from Sandia National Labs in 2005 maintaining many specials friendships. As a lifelong member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, she became the organist as a teenager where she loved to play for Mass and continued for over 65 years. Louellen loved playing the piano, loved music and was an extraordinary pianist. She played for weddings, funerals and concerts until her health no longer allowed her to continue. Her love of music led her to the UNM Chorus and travels to Europe with her best friend and sister-in-law Jeannie Baldoni. Louellen had a special devotion to Our Blessed Mother and she embodied the life of Christ with her humility, meekness, innocence, purity, compassion, joy, humor, unconditional love and care for others She is a wonderful role model and witness. She was awarded the St Francis Award from the Archdiocese of Santa Fe in 2008. She is a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We were incredibly blessed to have her in our lives. Louellen suffered a great deal due to years of dementia and breast cancer. She was surrounded by family, in person and by phone, as we were blessed to pray and comfort her in her last moments. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. As a long time member of the Our Lady Fatima choir, my husband and I were blessed to have enjoyed the beautiful music that came from her hands and heart.
