Martin Padilla, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque, and former lifelong resident of Belen, NM, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Martin was a World War II Veteran and retired from the AT & SF Railroad.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Corinne and son, Martin Ray. Martin is survived by his son, Anthony Padilla and wife, Candy; daughter, Angela Padilla and husband, Rod Brown, and daughter, Paula Padilla; grandchildren, Kristi Reyes and husband, Bobby, Roberto Padilla and wife, Leah, Marianne Candelaria and husband, Carl, Tanya Morenus and husband, Eric; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Alyssa and Joey Reyes, Cayah, Xavier, Donovan and Olivia Padilla, Ryan, Ava and Jon Candelaria and Conner Morenus.

All services will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church on Monday, September 11, 2017. A Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m., and a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
