Frank, Mary Jane

Mary Jane Frank, 91, of Folsom California, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Roseville California. Jane was born (Juanita Montano) on June 24, 1925, in Roswell New Mexico. She was the daughter of Jose Ricardo Montano and Maria Natividad Macedonia Montano. Jane spent most of her early life in Roswell and Santa Fe New Mexico. She was married to Richard A. Frank (Dick) in 1946. They raised six children in Espanola New Mexico, where they spent over 50 years of their lives. In addition to raising her children, Jane was a substitute teacher, a den mother, an active member of the Espanola Women's Club, the Garden Club of Espanola, and various bowling leagues. In 2000, Jane and her husband moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Richard passed away in 2005. Jane continued to live in their home until 2011 when she moved to California to be closer to her children. Jane enjoyed music and dancing, but most of all, she enjoyed being near her children, grandchildren, and great-grand children.

Jane is survived by her children Richard (Rico) Frank of Manteca, CA, Joseph Frank of Folsom, CA, Beverly Benites of Niles, CA, Robert Frank of San Carlos, MX, Renee Ortega of San Diego, CA , and Donald Frank of Granger, IN., her sisters Rose Valdez of Albuquerque, NM, and Francis Carrillo of Las Vegas, NV, and her Brother Rudy Montano of Santa Fe, NM, her 13 grandchildren Ricardo Frank, Denise Bennetts, Matthew Williams, Joey Frank, Nicole Taylor, Lindsey Benites, Carlos Frank, Kristi Seager, Brittney Atkinson, Ariell Ortega, Michael Ortega, Nicholas Frank, Alex Frank, and her ten great-grandchildren Sofia Bennetts, Carlos Bennetts, Leilani Pearson, Mikayla Chavez, Miguel Pearson, Josiah Pearson, Mason Taylor, Cooper Frank, Harrison Frank, and Sophia Frank.

Burial Services will be held at the National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, New Mexico on Wednesday November 30, at 12:45 pm.
