Michael "Mike" Fuller



Michael "Mike"- Mike Fuller joined the Lord in Heaven on September 24, 2017. Mike was the child of Leslie Taylor Fuller and Betty Jean Garrett. He was born in Dallas, Texas on July 28, 1944. Mike entered the Navy on August 30, 1962. He served as a gunner's mate on the USS Providence, the flagship for Admiral Moore, until September 28, 1966.

He is survived by his wife, Sherri Fuller of Alb; daughter Cindy (Michael) Frizzell of Sweetwater, TX and Robert Fuller (Frances) of Alb; grandsons, Cody Daniel, Larry Daniel (Morgan) & his daughter, Myla; his step-mother, Eva Fuller; siblings - Pat Fuller of Austin, TX; Rachel Powell of Colorado City, TX; Danny Fuller of Colorado City, Texas; Julie McWilliams of San Angelo, TX & Melinda Baker of Farmington and other friends and relatives.

Mike donated his body to the University of New Mexico for medical research.

A memorial service and a Texas-Style celebration of Mike's life will be held at the American Legion Post 99 in Albuquerque located at 540 Louisiana NE on October 7, 2017 at 12:00 PM. The memorial will be held from 12-1, with BBQ, adult beverages, and dancing to follow. Any sentiments to the family can be sent to the Four Hills Community Office located at 12300 Singing Arrow SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123 during regular business hours.
