Otis Moseley MD passed away May 20, 2017 at Lake Regional Hospital in MO.

Otis was born October 15th 1932 in a small home below the UE Village Water Tower in Lakeside Missouri. He was the first child of Ozell and Okle Moseley. In New Mexico Otis was founder of Heights Medical Center in the early 60's after Internship at Bernalillo County Indian Hospital in Albuquerque. Otis was a unique individual in that he never knew a stranger. He took care of his patients as if they were members of his own family.

In the 70's Otis opened the Moseley Medical Center in Osage Beach Missouri. He also started the Lake Regional Medical Center in 1978, now a Large Hospital and Cancer center for the Lake of the Ozarks area, where it was not uncommon to see him giving advice or care in a grocery store, gas station or restaurant. Otis delivered hundreds of babies, cared for thousands of patients & played a major role on the Hospital

Boards throughout his career. He enjoyed photography, travel and spending quality time with his many family and friends.

Otis is survived by first wife Lois and their three boys Randy, Brad, Scott and his daughter Julie from 2nd wife Anne; his sister Linda; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Otis was preceded in death by his parents , his 3rd wife Dixie, 2nd wife Anne and two brothers Harley & Ronnie.
