Ramos, Ramiro

Ramiro Ramos, 53, passed away with his family and loved ones by his side on Sunday, February 12, 2017. Always generous with his time and possessions, he was an incredible role model, mentor and coach, and touched many more lives through his organ donation. He received a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematics from UNM and enjoyed a long, successful and rewarding career as a systems engineer at Northrop Grumman.

A loving and hard working father, son and brother, Ramiro is survived by his two children, Halley and Bradley Ramos; his mother, Linda; his four sisters, Carmen, Anita, Kathryn, & Marie; and many loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Ramiro Ramos & will rest by his father's side in his place of birth, Topeka, KS.

A service will held at the UNM Alumni Chapel at noon on Thursday, February 16, 2017, and a reception will be held at his church, Copper Point Church, from 1:30-3:00. In lieu of flowers, Ramiro's children request you make a donation to your favorite charitable organization.

2 Timothy 1: 7. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
