Loring, Lt. Randall H.



Lt. Randall H. Loring, 71, of Albuquerque, NM passed away peacefully in his home on August 3, 2016. Funeral services and internment will be held at 1:30 pm Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

Randy was born January 25, 1945 to the late Lt. Col. Gladden and Margaret (Hald) Loring. He was originally from St. Paul, MN. Randy graduated from Seoul American High School in Seoul, Korea. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, served in the Army, and was awarded the Expert Infantry Badge, The Army Commendation medal, The Good Conduct medal, The National Defense Service medal with unit awards that included The Presidential Unit Citation and The Valorous Unit Award.

Randy is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Victor) Flint, son John Charles (Tara) Loring, sister Patricia Loring McCormick, grandchildren Ethan Flint and Kadence, Tristan, Brynnlee, Reese, and Carter Loring, and niece Hilary (Robby) Unser. He is also remembered by many friends and extended family.

The Family would like to extend their gratitude, appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Tom and Kristi Adams and Ralph and Susan Hill for their help and support over the last several months.

Memorials may be given to or Wounded Warrior Project.
