Rita Lujan-Marchi, 90, beloved and devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother completed her journey on earth and entered eternal life with the Lord on Tuesday March 29th, 2016. She was born in San Ilefonso, New Mexico on September 7, 1925.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Marchi Jr, parents Manuel Lujan Sr and Lorencita Romero Lujan; sisters: Rosanna Guiterrez, Theresa Montoya (husband) Eloy, Cordeila Padilla (husband) Benjamin, Candelaria Johnson (husband) and Robert and brother in law Reyes Padilla.

She is survived by sons Frank A. Marchi (wife) Kathleen, Michael T. Marchi (wife) Susan, Vincent Lawrence Marchi and Janet Marchi; daughter Jacqueline M. Baca (husband) Candido; her sister Zenida Padilla; brothers Manuel Lujan Jr. and wife Jean, George Lujan, Edward Lujan and wife Virginia; 13 grandchildren; her 19 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Holy Rosary will be recited on Friday, April 1st, 2016 at 9:00 am and funeral Mass will follow at Holy Ghost Catholic Church at 833 Arizona SE. The Mass will be presided by Father Tom Mayefske. Interment will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Honorary pallbearers Yvette Quintana, Andrew Marchi, Vincent E. Marchi, and Martin Marchi.
