Stephen Serencha

Stephen "Steve" Serencha passed away on February 8, 2018. Steve was born on April 19, 1950 in Seattle, Washington to Paul and Mildred Serencha. He is survived by his long time partner, Laura Greenleaf, and her family who cared for him deeply. He is also survived by his sister, Pricilla and her family. Steve will be missed by his friends who he enjoyed talking to and sharing his adventures in life. He had many talents, but was most proud of being a pilot and loved to talk about flying and the opportunities he had because of that. Steve was also a contractor and his efforts can be seen in many of the homes he helped to remodel and build. As a young man Steve helped form a band, "The Cellar Dwellers" and continued to enjoy music all his life. Steve loved nature, bird watching and spending time with his buddy, Peabody. He will be missed, but his spirit lives on in the memories we all have of him. "What a long strange trip it's been."
