Thomas A. Hulsman



Thomas A. Hulsman, passed away peacefully in Pflugerville, Texas where he resided for the past twenty years. He was the son of the late Regis and Grace Hulsman and was raised in Albuquerque. He attended Highland High School where he played baseball and basketball under the leadership of Coach Mickey Miller. After serving two years in the United States Army, he attended the University of New Mexico and worked for the City of Albuquerque in the Building Inspection Department. He then moved to Artesia, NM where he worked in the same capacity, before moving to Pflugerville. His passion was golf. Up to six months before his death he was still playing. While in Artesia, Tom married Anita Archer. They were married for 46 years. They had one daughter, Jennifer. Tom is survived by his wife, Anita, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and David Powers, grandchildren, Caleb and Hannah Powers, brother, Jim Hulsman and his wife, Mary Lois. There will be a private internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
