Adam thrived on hunting, fishing, flying and the great Alaskan outdoors. Family was everything to Adam. He loved being a father more than anything. His smile brought happiness to everyone he met. He was generous in his love to others, in his desire to help whenever it was needed. He was a gentle and kind spirit to all. He was a true example of a devoted, loving, and kind son, brother, husband and father.

Adam was known as an excellent builder of both traditional and log homes, as well as commercial structures. He was appreciated by his clients for his craftsmanship and customer service.

Adam is survived by the love of his life, Mary Kenshalo, their son, Dylan; his parents, Steve and Khristine; sister, Lesli Swanson and nephew, Riley, and sister, Malori Norton. Adam was loved and blessed with a huge family of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and countless friends who loved him.
