Connie Lavaine Moe passed away peacefully at her home on Jan. 12, 2018, she was 83 years old.
Connie was born on Jan. 27, 1934, in Minnesota. She was the daughter of Silas Kalberg and Lorraine Clapp.
Connie traveled to Alaska in 1954, where she married Ed Moe. They purchased a home in Anchorage, Alaska, which they resided in for over 63 years. She was an extremely nurturing wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Connie had a passion for cooking for family and friends and made sure no one left her home hungry. She enjoyed hosting picnics with friends and family and everyone enjoyed her baked beans! Connie had a contagious giggle and beautiful smile that touched so many lives. She will be in our hearts forever and greatly missed.
