Anchorage resident Lourdes Kulykivskyi, 39, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Anchorage, Alaska on October 27, 2011.

A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 3900 Wisconsin Street, Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with a service to follow at noon. Father Vincent and Father Daniel will be officiating. Lourdes will be laid to rest at Angelus Memorial Park Cemetery, 440 East Klatt Rd, November 2, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.

Lourdes was born in Guagua, Pampanga in the Philippines July 19, 1972. She received her Bachelors in Nursing and moved to Anchorage in 1994 where she worked as a Registered Nurse.

Her hobbies included arts and crafts, photography and she loved the outdoors. Her family wrote, "She had a good heart, very caring, she was known to have a contagious laugh, she was an amazing mom, loving wife and great sister."

Survivors include her husband Viktor Kulykivskyi; sons Daniel Santos Kulykivskyi, and Brandon Eugene Bass; daughters Viktoria Santos Kulykivskyi, and Chynna Rei Bass; mother Elena Santos; sisters Melanie Speaks and her husband Peter Speaks, Carmen Marcelo, and Danica and Roma Santos; brothers Maremon and Cyd Santos; brother-in-law Yaroslav Kulykivskyi; father-in-law Vitaliy Kulykivskyi; and mother-in-law Katherine Kulykivskyi; nieces and nephews, Isabelle, Benjamin, Thomas, Danielle, Lynelle, Azhie, and Vin; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Danilo Santos; and brother; Maremon Santos.

Arrangements are with Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel;
